Machine Test Platform Command
Provision the Machine BTC test platform
BTC test command that builds the Machine showcase where the player stands. The platform is anchored on the player rather than on fixed coordinates so it can be raised on the island actually under test. Previously it could only exist in one prepared world, which meant the island behaviour — grid identity, protection, per-island limits — was never the thing exercised.
