World Map Command
The command that opens the world map and drives the survey that fills it. Survey mode is a command and not an automatic behaviour because it is deliberate work: it charts a radius far wider than anything gameplay needs, on the region thread, for whoever is walking a world specifically to map it. Ordinary play fills the map on its own, for free, out of what the minimap already reads — that is the path every player takes and it costs nothing.
