Adds an icon to BlueMap for a specific quest
Defines an icon on the BlueMap associated with a quest.

How to use it
Places a POI marker for a quest on the BlueMap maps of the world of location, in a marker set called Quests. Markers are created when BlueMap starts and are the same for every viewer. If label is empty, the quest name is used. In description, which accepts HTML, <objectives> is replaced by the objectives of the quest and <objective:2> by the second one. iconPath is the icon to use on the map.
